Jersey City, NJ - Liberty Humane Society recently sent out a plea for help as the shelter facility was literally bursting at the seams with unwanted dogs and cats. The shelter's attempt to go "No-Kill" had sadly failed, and interim board members were calling the conditions "abysmal and hoarding-like".
